What is the purpose of PayrollForms Exact ?

PayrollForms Exact is basically a Payroll tax calculator and Tax form filing software. You can easily generate various Federal & State Payroll tax related forms.

Whether I have to re-enter my all data in PayrollForms Exact ?

NO, PayrollForms Exact has an import facility. Just use easy import process of the package, and you will get all required data in PayrollForms Exact.

Whether I can import from any other Package ?

NO, Import facility is available to *QuickBooks® users only.

How can I import from *QuickBooks® ?

For Import from *QuickBooks® both the packages, *QuickBooks® as well as PayrollForms Exact should run simultaneously. Then initiate step-by-step Import facility.

NOTE : Make sure that *QuickBooks® company must be open before import from *QuickBooks®.

If I don't have *QuickBooks® then is PayrollForms Exact useless for me ?

NO, It is not compulsory that for using PayrollForms Exact you must have *QuickBooks®Package. Using Manual setup you can easily enter all require data. So any employer can use PayrollForms Exact package.

How can I edit data in PayrollForms Exact ?

There are two options to change the transferred data.

Option 1 : You can change you existing data by manual set-up.

Option 2 : If you have made any changes in the data of the employee or pay-check in a *QuickBooks® company, you can import such data by keeping such *QuickBooks® company open. You don't have to re-enter such data and we will also keep your past data safe.

How can I generate various reports in PayrollForms Exact ?

You can generate various state and federal reports using state and federal report options given in main screen. For this, follow the steps below.

  • Select one of the options - Federal Report or State Report.
  • Then select Required Report.
  • Fill necessary information in user-friendly input screens and generate report.

You can generate these reports in PDF format or Magnetic media or e-file.

How can I store various reports In PayrollForms Exact ?

You can use File Cabinet Facility given by PayrollForms Exact. Using file cabinet utility you can :

  • View stored reports.
  • Delete stored reports.
  • Extract (to a specified location) reports.
  • E-mail reports.

What about data Security ?

PayrollForms Exact is also accompanied with backup facility. So using this facility, you can store your database as well as reports at some secured place.

What to do if by mistake my existing company is deleted ?

In this situation you can use our restore module. If you have taken backup of your data in the past, then you can get the backup of this data using our restore module. Your existing database will be replaced by newly restored data.
